شروط المشارکة بالمؤتمر:
ان لا یکون البحث قد سبق نشره ورقیا او الکترونیا او تم قبوله في مؤتمرعلمي سابق
الالتزام بالمنهجیة العلمیة الاکادمیمیة المعتمدة في کتابة البحوث العلمیة
یستقبل المؤتمر النتاجات العلمیة (البحوث، الدراسات، اوراق عمل، بوستر علمي) الخاصة بمحاور المؤتمر
تخضع جمیع النتاجات العلمیة المقدمة للمؤتمر للتقویم العلمي عن قبل لجنة علمیة متخصصة
یقدم النتاج العلمي مطبوعا علی نظام (word) و یکون نوع الخط (simplified Arabic) و بحجم (14) للمتن و (12) للهامش علی ان لا تزید عدد صفحات البحث عن (15) صفحه، مدعوما بملخص باللغتین العربیة و الانکلیزیة بحدود (300) کلمة.

About Conference
4th international and 29th National Iranian Food Science and Technology Congress (IFSTC) with the aim of gaining awareness and achieving the latest scientific and research achievements in food science and technology engineering as well as publishing new findings, on 2-3 May 2023 will be held on the place of Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST).
We express our deep sympathy to the people of Türkiye for the recent earthquake. We hope that the injured people will recover their health as soon as possible, and we ask God for peace for all the deceased.

Dear Researchers and Colleagues
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the 4th International Iranian Food Science and Technology Congress. The congress will be held in the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) on May 2-3, 2023 with the participation of the Iranian Association of Food Science and Technology.
The 4th International and 29th National Iranian Food Science and Technology Congress will lay a platform for the interaction between experts worldwide and aims to accelerate recent research and significant milestones in the Food Science and Technology field. Scientists, Professors, Researchers, Industrialists, Scholars, Students, Deans, and other professionals will be participating from all around the Globe and presenting their work on the same platform. We believe that your excellence in the field will be an addition to the event, as many of our participants will look forward to listening to you.
